Although COVID-19 is one of the most horrible pandemics to ever happen, it did bring about some opportunities for self-improvement that I don’t think I would have made the time for otherwise. One of those self-improvement opportunities being a gallbladder cleanse. If you’re interested in how it came about and how I did it keep reading below.
Gallbladder Cleanse
Long before the pandemic I continued to have a discomfort in my lower abdomen. I decided to make an appointment to have it checked out. A few tests, x-rays, and blood work later, I was told my white blood cells count was high and that I needed to go to the emergency room as this could be a sign of my appendix needing to be removed. Terrified half to death, I Ubered to the closest emergency room praying that it was not my appendix. After more x-rays and tests thankfully they did not find that my appendix needed to be removed, but they did see that I had gallstones and if the gallstones were to cause serious health issues, I’d need to have my gallbladder removed.
Me myself, 9 times out of 10 I will always look for a holistic approach to health issues so I started googling alternatives to gallbladder removal surgery and stumbled across a gallbladder cleanse recipe on YouTube. If you’re ever on YouTube, which I suspect more than half of this generation are, search “Gallbladder Stones: How to get rid of them” by Dr. Isaac Goren (linked below). I used his recipe and followed his directions to the T. The hardest part for me was not being able to eat for a while, but I must say after I did the cleanse I felt like my skin was more radiant, I had more energy, and just overall felt so much better. I plan on doing several more gallbladder cleanses as you have to do more than one to get the best results. Check out the link below. If you’re looking to do a gallbladder cleanse, I highly recommend the one below!
